Moving from Vision to Action
Moving from Vision to Action is the title of the book and workshop that was developed more than 13 years ago for Kevin's old church. It is a structured approach to using sound strategic planning and tactical planning principles. It is also an approach to taking the practices and the applications of those principles to the local church's organizational and leadership structure.
How do we move from vision to action?
ISI Consultants offers local pastors and church elder or deacon boards and opportunity to hear from Kevin or one of the other consultants in a targeted and context sensitive format. They can work with pastors, leadership boards, one on one, or in a small group to help focus your resources on the mission that God's has given your local church.
